Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop highly creative concept designs and development
• Development of strategically aligned workplace concepts
• Space planning, design concepts, documentation, detailing and presenting.
• Participate in selection of furniture systems and specifications.
• Team builder and mentoring of junior designers to assist them in their full potential
• Continually researching and building knowledge and communication of global trends and the latest benchmark design.
• Ability to work well in a multi-cultural, multi lingual team environment.

Qualification & Experience

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or related field
• 2+ years of experience for Interior Designers & 6+ years of experience for Senior Interior Designers, preferably with a focus on workplace/corporate/office interior design projects (either consultancy or preferably design and build)
• Knowledge of the design processes
• Outstanding graphic presentation skills
• Software skills to include, AutoCAD, Sketch Up as well as knowledge of Photoshop, illustrator and Microsoft office
• Flexibility to focus on a single client with a variety of project types or multiple, concurrent projects in various stages of development
• Understand and communicate design ideas quickly and efficiently
• A proven successful track record of selling concepts and designs and winning projects in a highly competitive market

They should possess excellent communication skills specifically in English and Cantonese.
