Responsibilities :

• Analysis of contemporary records and data collection/scheduling for the preparation of claims and variations.
• Analysis of monthly accounts cost and cost reporting
• Liaison with the site team on cost management issues
• Preparation of subcontract monthly interim variations and payment certificates
• Measurement and valuation of subcontract/main contract variations.
• Effective interaction between the accounting team and the site team

Requirements :

• Degree in Quantity surveying  preferable or higher diploma
• More than 2 years’ experience in the civil engineering industry
• Experience in commercial management and procurement of subcontractors, measurement and control cycle, certificates and liability calculations.  Liaison with Accounting Department
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Use of Primavera P6 and Microstation software are an advantage
