Job Duties    

• Lead the BIM team independently and train up local BIM staff
• Coordinate with project teams to develop and implement BIM strategies
• Communicate with other professionals and our business clients on BIM to achieve project excellence
• Monitor the applications of BIM at all stages of a project

Job Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Corporate member of HKIBIM
• Minimum 5 years post qualification experience and hands on BIM management on large scale building / infrastructure projects
• Expertise in major BIM and technical design applications: Revit, Civil 3D, AutoCAD
• Sound leadership and communication skills as a team leader
