Responsibilities: 

• Recommend, prepare and review the preventive maintenance schedule
• Monitor the maintenance work for the designated property portfolio

 Requirements:

• Degree in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering
• Chartered Engineer or equivalent
• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Grade B or above
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience, preferably in shopping arcade / residential buildings maintenance industry, including 2 years at managerial level
• Experience in building renovation projects is preferable
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Strong communication and leadership skills
