職責:

• 負責跟進工程進度，管理地盤日常事務
• 監督分判商執行施工質檢及安全督導

要求:

• 中五或以上程度，持有建築相關學歷証書
• 必須持有適任技術人員(TCP) T1或T2牌
• 具5年或以上大樓地盤工作經驗
• 熟悉地盤運作及理解建築工序流程，能夠獨立處理地盤日常運作
• 具備良好中文讀寫能力，懂英文閱讀者更佳
• 經驗較少者將被考慮為助理管工
