Assistant Building Surveyor / Architectural Assistant

• Degree in Building Surveying / Building Studies / Architectural Studies or related disciplines.
• General assistance to Project Director / Building Surveyor.
• Handle various documents for Feasibility Study/ A&A works / Renovation / Minor Works / Licensing issue for Hotel / Education / F&B Projects independently.
• Liaison with clients, all related government departments, contractors & consultants.
• Attend site meetings and government inspection.
• Prepare tender documents and tender exercises.
• Knowledge and experience in interior design/ F&B industry / Minor Works / BQ is an advantage.
• At least 1 year working experience.
• Responsible, hard-working, communicative and willing to learn.
• Good command and written in English, Cantonese.
• Able to use AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Outlook and MS Project.
