Actual Job Duties:

• Strong experience in cost estimation & programming for interior design or fitting out projects
• Leading a team to follow up the project development solving technical & site operation issues
• Liaison with designer, landlords, sub-contractors, consultants & materials suppliers
• Site supervision & operation; Organize site works and keep track of project progress and milestones and monitor on site quality and workmanship
• Handling schedule and resolving outstanding issues

Qualification:

• University Degree/Diploma/Higher Certificate or relevant professional qualification preferred
• 4 to 10 years’ supervisory/managerial experience in handling interior fitting-out projects
• Knowledge of MS Office & Autocad
• Excellent skill in communication
• Fluency in spoken and written English

An advantage would be:

• Experience in thematic/ theatrical design
• Experience in building of theme park/ amusement park
• Experience in working in Macau
