Job Purpose:

“To support the management and development of the Styling team to execute strategy to reach annual upload target, support sales and build on Lane Crawford’s online offering.”

Responsibilities

• To work with on set team including Photographer, Model and Styling Coordinator to deliver online product imagery that align with in house standards
• To give direction to Styling team regarding planning and implementation of all looks to maximize product exposure and drive sales
• To ensure Styling team members are proficiently and effectively working to address and understand the importance of daily, weekly and seasonal deadlines from upload perspective
• To have a strong, up-to-date knowledge of designers, brands and trends
• To drive the set ensure the daily target is met 
• To develop seasonal styling direction for online product base on trends and buys to present to buying team  
• To responsible for key areas and projects that support the business whist maintaining core job role 
• To deliver innovative yet commercial merchandising for all fashion products across each category option that are consistent with the Lane Crawford brands
• To have good balance of delivering targets and creative flair 
• To able to multi task and manage time accordingly, capable of working on ad-hoc projects whilst maintaining core job role 

Requirements

• Design Institute qualification or related discipline
• 4 years relevant experience. Preferably in eCommerce or leading retail, specialty department store or luxury fashion brand. Multi-brand Styling experience is an advantage
• Knowledge of designers and brands
• A real sense of runway looks and what trends are happening each season
• Impeccable fashion and styling sense alongside with commercial awareness
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Proactive and able to show initiatives or ideas to constantly improve the product presentation of the site 
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
