Role & Responsibilities:

• Assist to follow the development plan to create suitable footwear designs and samples based on trend direction
• Frequent market and fashion research and use trend reports to plan for the upcoming collection
• Collect and review the local and overseas trend and product information for design enhancement
• Sourcing and buying suitable materials and accessories for product design and development
• Assist to prepare materials for product training

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in fashion design or related disciplines
• At least 3 years' relevant experience in fashion design, footwear design or handbag design
• Strong fashion sense and understand market trends
• Proficiency in design drawing, MS Office, Photoshop & Illustrator
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Frequent travel to PRC is required
