Our client is a well respected skincare/FMCG brand which enjoy high popularity amongst consumers.  The Hong Kong office is currently looking for a digital/e commerce manager to expand footprint in HK and China online market 

Role and Responsibilities:

-Setting up the online business and overseeing the e-business operations with a key focus in China and HK market as well as exploring new opportunities
-Exploring and line up with different E-Commerce channels or portal to drive traffic, conversion and build up a strong affiliate network
-Maintaining good relations with third party partners online B2C sales platform
-Translate the company’s objectives into marketing strategies & plans;
-Drive the customer engagement, media spending and growth objectives;
-Determine and manage the marketing budget and develop a pricing strategy by working closely with other teams;
-Contribute to the Customer Loyalty Program to enhance customer growth and retention;
-Evaluate results of all marketing initiatives to ensure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement;

Requirements

-Degree holder in Marketing, E-commerce, Communication, Business Administration or related disciplines;
-At least 5 years of relevant experience, digital marketing/e commerce experience gained in e-retail industry is highly preferred;
-A consolidate experience in particular into the ON LINE Chinese platforms as a real plus
-Good interpersonal and communication skills in Mandarin, English and Cantonese;
-Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing;
-Be responsible, motivated, detail minded, organized and pro-active; and
-Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in order to meet deadlines
