Main responsibility:

• Develop, maintain and upgrade our Tmall flagship store in PRC to drive business growth and achieve business objectives
• Manage e-shop’s renovation, product data, information flow, stock and merchandise arrangement
• Plan and implement on-line sales promotion and marketing programs
• Track online sales progress, e-commerce metrics and provide analysis for management review and strategic planning periodically
• Identity and research the suitable marketplaces and digital touch points in China market
• Assist in other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in e-commerce or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years solid experience in e-commerce / online store merchandising, preferably in apparel retail in China market
• Possess entrepreneurial spirit and be able to own the entire operation of our e-commerce business from strategy to execution
• Good planning, analytical and organizing skills with strong business acumen
• Good presentation, interpersonal, communication skills and attention to details
• Self-motivated, multi-task, able to work in a fast-paced corporate environment and meet tight deadlines
• Innovative, independent and a good team player
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese, Mandarin and English
• Proficiency in analytical software (e.g GA), excel (e.g. pivot table and vlookup) , power point and Chinese word processing
