The incumbent will be responsible for budget control, staff recruitment, organizing trainings or evaluation for both full-time and part-time staff to ensure the quality of public programmes. S/he will also develop, conduct and revise public programmes, including seasonal camps, family programmes, daily animal pay-as-you-go programmes etc. Moreover, s/he will handle client’s enquires and provide tailored programme content according to the expectation and programme objectives of the clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Environment, Education, Social Science or other related disciplines
• With at least 4 years’ experience in environmental education, child care or related fields, in which 2 years in a supervisory role
• Able to work under pressure and enjoy team work
• Computer literacy in MS office and Chinese word processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Willing to work outdoor, on weekends and during public holiday
