Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Responsible for project management and project delivery to a wide range of environmental projects in relation to industrial wastewater treatment
  • Provide support to process design of various industrial wastewater treatment projects
  • Undertake the process and system commissioning of various industrial wastewater engineering projects
  • Support technical development of various industrial wastewater treatment technology.
  • Handle enquiries and maintain contact with clients
  • Travel to Mainland China or South East Asia to perform duties occasionally

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree from disciplines such as chemical engineering, environmental science, environmental engineering or equivalent
  • At least 2 years relevant working experience in handling industrial wastewater treatment projects
  • Good problem solving skills, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, and able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
  • Applicants may be considered for other positions if not matching the requirements of the subject position

A competitive salary package commensurate with academic qualifications and experience will be offered. The successful candidates will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis, which is renewable subject to appointee’s performance and the Council’s development needs.
