Requirements: 

• Degree / Diploma / Higher Certificate in Building Services / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Knowledge of Auto CAD & computer & computer networking
• Good working attitude with strong problem solving, communication & inter-personal skill
• Holder of Registered Electrician License is an advantage
• Team player, outgoing personality, presentable with good presentation skills
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin  

Responsibilities: 

• Evaluate new dimming products including Electronic, Networking and Software system
• Ensure all construction activities comply with contractual requirement
• Prepare Method Statement
• Assist in other daily report to Manager and perform site attendance
• ad hoc duties when necessary
