A major Data Center in Hong Kong is seeking a Talent to join their team.

Senior Facility Engineer- (Data Centre)

Responsibilities:

• Provide facility management services including commissioning/trouble shooting & maintenance services
• Coordination between various parties such as contractors, engineers and technical staff for facilities management services
• On-site services and safety management for facilities management services
• Prepare facility report and incident report
• Handle emergency calls for critical E&M facilities

Requirements:

• Degree holder of  Building Services Engineering /Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Engineering /Facilities Management or equivalent
• Solid experience in E&M installation & maintenance services
• Minimum 3 - 7 years relevant working experience
• Working experience in.Data Centre / Telecommunications industry
• Well versed of statutory requirements of E&M and Work/Occupational Safety & Health
• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker (Grade A0 or above)
• Good supervisory, interpersonal skills and good written and communication skills in both Chinese and English.

 Facility Engineer - 5day work

Responsibilities: 

• Supervise and assign work orders to the technical team to carry out routine repair and maintenance work
• Provide technical guidance for E&M improvement works
• Schedule and implement planned maintenance works as assigned
• Monitor the progress of all contracted-out projects and tenants’ fit-out works

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

• 5 years’ experience in Electrical and/or MVAC Operation and Maintenance
• Familiar with UPS, Gensets, chiller plant and LV switchboards 
• Holder of Electrical Worker License Grade A or Above
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

Engineer - SHIFT

Responsibilities: 

• Supervise Technicians to monitor data center E&M operations during required shift duties to ensure smooth and efficient operations of the plant, equipment, facilities and related systems
• Response to equipment/system performance to meet tenant’s Service Level Agreement
• Coordinate with Operations Center to response tenant’s enquiries during incident and update status
• Supervise technical team and contractors to carry out routine maintenance or emergency repair to restore tenant’s Service Level Agreement
• Prepare operation report, emergency incident report and liaise with tenants on condition and performance of E&M installation

Requirements:

• Higher diploma in electrical or building services engineering or equivalent
• 4- 9 years’ solid experiences with critical plant duty which includes maintenance and repair
• Familiar with UPS, Generator, Chiller, Air-Conditioning Unit and LV Switch Boards
• Strong leadership with good problem-solving skills
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Holder of Electrical Worker License Grade B or above is an advantages
