They are now hiring an Assistant/ Project Manager to drive internal operation excellence and improvement project to cope with their aggressive business growth and transformation. About the Role

• Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
• Applying defined project management approach and methodology to ensure projects are delivered in a cohesive and consistency way
• Coordinate internal stake holders across difference department and difference seniority to cope with the project objectives and drive operation excellence
• Influence and negotiate with colleagues on  strategic and structural change on current system/ process/ operation
• Manage project performance and perform ongoing review of program status with senior management; document program progress including implementation, timelines, issues, risks, and successes to maintain program course.

About the Candidate

• Degree or above in Business, Supply Chain or Engineering related discipline
• Excellent communication with strong influencing skills
• 5 years above working experience in project management and supply chain management
• Experience working in manufacturing environment
• Proven tracked record on driving large volume project/ highly complex project/ improvement project
• Independent, creative, able to work under pressure
