Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee deployment of digital capabilities in Group manufacturing facilities
• Support creation of Group-wide digital manufacturing strategy
• Oversee design and deployment of solutions involving connected devices and sensors, asset life-cycle monitoring and management, automated control systems, and industrial communications systems
• Collaborate with various departments to integrate manufacturing digital capabilities and data with other operational processes
• Oversee the development and implementation of a data-driven and automation-driven culture within manufacturing
• Establish relationships with key vendors to drive successful project delivery and continuous improvement of manufacturing digitization
• Focus on top-line and bottom-line impacts of manufacturing digitization, including return on investment of solutions
• Understand, feasibility study & implementation of latest digitization tools, systems related to manufacturing

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline preferred
• 8+ years experience in manufacturing and/or production processes with solid business understanding of FMCG or F&B industry preferred
• Working knowledge of plant operations with FMCG, F&B, or technology background preferred
• Proven experience in digital transformation projects preferred, including deployment of computer-integrated manufacturing systems
• Travelling is required, station in Hong Kong or China
• Curiosity and keen to learn new things
• Entrepreneurial, analytical, collaborative
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (Cantonese is an advantage)
