Job Duties:

• Consultants and assistant consultants shall support the team to complete the assigned tasks
• Prepare professional consultancy reports, proposal or presentation upon different settings of engagements in acoustics, environmental assessments, sustainability consultancy and green building certifications
• Carry out site survey, inspections and measurements to obtain information for meeting specific project requirements
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering: Chemical, Civil, Acoustic, Building Services, Environmental, Mechanical, Electrical and Computing
• Minimum years of working experience: C: 3 years; AC: 1 year. Candidates with professional member qualifications such as HKIQEP, HKIE, HKIOA, BEAM Pro, LEED AP, CGBL Member would be an advantage.
• Candidates with more in-depth and relevant working experience could be considered for senior roles.
• Strong customer relationship in liaising with clients
• Strong problem solving skills and negotiation skills
• Ability to undertake interdisciplinary technical work and able to work under pressure in a fast work environment
• Excellent skills in written and verbal communication (Chinese and English)

For Environmental Assessment, candidates with experience in the following areas would be an added advantage:

• Noise impact assessment (NoiseMap on traffic noise & railway noise and fixed noise)
• Air quality impact assessment (EMFAC, Caline4, AERMOD and PATH)
• Drainage and sewage impact assessment (experience in 3D hydraulic model preferred)
• Land contamination assessment
• Air ventilation assessment (expert evaluation and CFD simulation for initial study)

For Green Building Assessment, candidates with experience in the following areas would be an added advantage:

• BEAM Plus Certifications on New Buildings, Existing Buildings and Interiors
• LEED Certifications on Core & Shell and New Constructions
• BREEAM Certifications on International and Building In-Use
• China Green Building Label
