Job Description:
- Consolidate the milestones update and distribute weekly
- Assist the project teams to input data into the system
- Submit and distribute licensing approval document into system
- Assist product development teams to consolidate and centralize the project file and project record
- Assist product development teams to create and update monitoring reports
- Assist the administration work for product development teams
- Coordinate the product development samples go in and out from the department
Requirements:
- Diploma or above, graduate in Engineering preferably or equivalent
- Relevant experience is an advantage, fresh graduate will also be considered
- Proficient in Microsoft Office is a must
- Self-motivated, with strong sense of commitment and able to work under pressure & overtime
- Well organized, with good interpersonal & communication skill
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese/Chinese and Mandarin
- Willing to travel and stay in China, when needed
