Job Locations:  In our own Laboratory in the new territories

Languages :   Written proficiency in Cantonese, English & Mandarin, other languages skills welcome

Education :   Master degree in Chemistry, Material Science, Polymer Chemistry or related disciplines (Knowledge of EN 71, ATSM and other Compliance and regulations would be welcome)

Experience

• Experience in design of experiments, ideally for product development / formulations.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of polymer chemistry, in particular polysaccharides and silicones
• Knowledge of state-of-the-art analytical techniques
• Good analytical skills and systematic working style
• Open for new ideas, can-do attitude, thorough working-style.

Job Duty

• Development of new and improved materials for use in a wide range of applications.
• Modification of existing materials and formulations to achieve novel properties.
• Design of experiments and trials and their execution.
• Coordinating the analytical testing of new and existing developments with external labs.
• Supporting the introduction of new developments into production.
