Responsibilities:

• Perform analog, RF and mixed-signal IC design for advanced wireless communication transceivers such as NB-IoT, eMTC and 5G RF transceiver. 
• Participate in RF transceiver system and architecture design, application design, and chip evaluation.

 Requirements:

• PhD or Master Degree holder in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or relevant disciplines.
• 10+ years' working experience in analog, RF and mixed-signal IC design field, candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Engineer.
• Experience in analog, RF and mixed-signal modules design including LNA, mixer, PGA, VGA, PA, VCO, PLL, ADC, DAC, RSSI, DC-DC, LDO etc.
• Experience in RF and analog IC design tools and design flows.
• Familiar with SoC design methodology is a plus.
• Experience in ESD protection, IO and standard cell design.
• Knowledge in semiconductor devices, device modelling and foundry process is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese and strong team spirit.
• Programming knowledge of C/C++, Matlab, LabView, MCU, FPGA is preferable.
