Our Client is a sizable E&M contractor and mainly provide service in Hong Kong / Macau. Now they are looking for high caliber & stable candidates to fit the position.

Responsibilities

• In charge of MEP related issues and report to the Managing Director.
• Forecast the market trend and develop a new business.
• Lead project team to drive and monitor overall progress of large-scale E&M project
• Responsible for the budgeting, planning, resource management, technical aspects, site management, health, safety and environment aspects etc.
• Be a main point of contact and escalation for MEP issues, leading resolution of particularly difficult technical challenges.
• Maintain good relationship with clients, main-contractor, and other parties within projects
• Prepare monthly reports and data analysis of MEP to Senior Management.

Requirements

• Degree in Building Services Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering or other related disciplines
• Minimum 15 years relevant experience in E&M project management
• Professional Qualifications are highly preferred (eg. MHKIE, MiMechE, CEng or etc.)
• Strong leadership with business sense, presentable, good communication skills and coordination skills
• Self-driven, independent, problem solving with good interpersonal skill
• Proficiency in both spoken and written in English and Chinese.
