Executive Summary:

• Our Client is a global technology leader in energy management and automation in Homes, Buildings, Data Centers, Infrastructure and Industries.
• It is employing over 100,000 staffs worldwide, operating in over 100 countries with annual sales turnover of over 20 billion Euros.
• This is a newly created role to manage products in BMS, Lighting Controls and Security Access Control
• The job holder will play a key role in product marketing and solution consulting expertise to enhance business development and marketing program success. Technical background with Degrees in Engineering / Electrical / Electronic highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research/analysis to identify market needs and support in formulating marketing strategy
• Provide support in product life cycle management
• Liaise with regional product and marketing teams on new product and launch timelines; provide local marketing support
• Assist product marketing team to prepare marketing communications material, i.e.: product catalog
• Work closely with internal and external parties for delivery of product message and product enhancement
• Develop and manage training programs on new and existing products for sales team

Major Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Building Service Engineering / Electrical / Electronic
• At least 3-5 years of experience in product marketing / product management / sales duties
• Energetic, pro-active, presentable and well-organized
• Products / Industry exposure on BMS (Building Management Systems), Lighting Controls, and/or Security Access Control is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
