Job Natures

• Communicate closely with the overseas food and meat suppliers from Brazil, Argentina, EU, and US.
• Conduct category performance analysis and market trend study
• Review with suppliers on the product quality, claims, specification, shipment and pricing in a regular basis
• Ensure all orders are delivered as scheduled and required standard
• Maintain internal databases with order details and updates

Requirements

• Bachelor degree holder or above.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in purchasing/sourcing/ merchandising/ trading, preferably in food and meat industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skill, with analytical mind and able to work under pressure
• Travels to China and oversea occasionally
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and also Mandarin
