Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

• Takes full responsibility in the restaurant operation.
• Checks standards of cleanliness in the restaurant (including equipment, furniture, decors, terrace, ceiling, floor etc.) and liaise with relevant sections.
• Assists the waiters and supervisory staff during service.
• Assists with reservations, greeting and seating arriving guests.
• Prepares the required periodical reports.
• Provide excellent guest services and handles guests’ complaints and comments and takes appropriate action.
• Checks the personal hygiene, grooming and image of all restaurant staff. 

Assistant Reception Manager Responsibilities:

• In charge of reservations
• Train the reception team with all the procedures and standards.
• Reach monthly target in terms of covers.
• Maximise capacity and guest satisfaction.
• Liaise with Restaurant Manager and Chef for group bookings, and special occasions.
• Prepares the required periodical reports.
• Built a detailed database.
• Checks the personal hygiene, grooming and image of all reception staff. 

Requirements:

• Diploma in food and beverage / hospitality management or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an international class restaurant
• At least 1 year's experience in a similar capacity
• Good communication in English 
• Good  computer knowledge and skills
• Good POS Knowledge
• Good reservation system knowledge
