Job Duties:

- Assist Purchasing Manager in all purchasing activities of the Club, including sourcing, purchasing and deliveries of general supplies, food items, non-food items etc

- Prepare documentation of relevant purchasing activities including soliciting quotation, , tendering and PO issuance

- Work closely with other departments to facilitate the purchase and supply of goods in good order

 Requirements:

- Diploma or above in Purchasing / Supply Chain Management or related disciplines

- Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience in Hotel/Club/Restaurant and familiar with purchasing of both food and non-food products

- Familiar with Club Management System – Aspen is an advantage

- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Purchasing Officer

- Immediate available is an advantage
