Job Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate graduate
• 1-2 years experience in customer service or aftersales support
• Previous experience in retail sales operation will also be considered
• Customer-focused, energetic, flexible with good interpersonal skills
• Computer literate in using MS Office including Word and Excel
• Good command of English and conversational Putonghua
• Immediate available is highly preferred

Job Descriptions

• Provide quality service support for the smooth operation of service center
• Handle products quality issues and maintenance orders with relevant parties
• Respond to customers’ enquiries & requests and provide appropriate follow up
• Update and maintain the maintenance orders status in the system
