Job Requirements
- Diploma or Certificate graduate
- 1-2 years experience in customer service or aftersales support
- Previous experience in retail sales operation will also be considered
- Customer-focused, energetic, flexible with good interpersonal skills
- Computer literate in using MS Office including Word and Excel
- Good command of English and conversational Putonghua
- Immediate available is highly preferred
Job Descriptions
- Provide quality service support for the smooth operation of service center
- Handle products quality issues and maintenance orders with relevant parties
- Respond to customers’ enquiries & requests and provide appropriate follow up
- Update and maintain the maintenance orders status in the system
