We are looking to welcome a talented Assistant Accountant to our team!

You will be working in a multi-skilled team, assisting with a wide range of different tasks for our rapidly expanding F&B group

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Month-end closing and preparing monthly report
• Cash reconciliation for the restaurants
• Ensuring full compliance with accounting policies and streamlining work procedures
• Assist the Accounting Manager in preparation of the weekly management report
• Maintaining the full set of books and reviewing the accounting transactions in detail
• Reviewing and conducting fixed asset counts, and stock take on a periodical basis
• Assist and participate in the implementation of new accounting software

REQUIREMENTS:

• LCCI qualified, or a student of other recognised professional accounting association such as AAT, ACCA etc
• At least 1-2 years of accounting experience; prior experience in F&B or retail industry is preferred but not essential
• Able to maintain the full set of accounts independently and work under tight deadline during month-end closing
• Familiarity with Peachtree software is a bonus
• Strong communication skills
