Responsibilities:

• Responsible for day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Motivate the Front of House team to ensure and enhance guest satisfaction and sustain the brand's image
• Monitor and keep close control on food quality, hygiene and work safety issues
• Manage inventory and delivery schedule, conduct stocktake regularly
• Assisting with marketing promotions
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• At least 3 years’ experience, preferable in F&B/retail business
• High diploma or above in all discipline
• Good command of spoken English and Cantonese
• Independent, mature, willing to work under pressure
