Job Description

Travel Consultant [Ref. no.: JDB-TC-TR]

Job Descriptions

Handle counter and hotline enquiries and give professional and value added travel advice to clients
Prepare tour itinerary and quotation
Contact and make reservation with overseas suppliers
Successful candidates are required to wear uniform

Requirements

Secondary level or above
Minimum 2 years' experience in travel industry
Good command of Chinese, English and Mandarin
Knowledge of Amadeus and Sabre is highly preferable
Able to work independently and under pressure
Good computer skills – Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
