Responsibilities

• 1st tier support for the trade floor
• OS and application support for Windows 7 / Windows 10, MS Office, MobileIron (MDM)
• Trading applications and broker platforms
• Setup of new computers, OS and software installation
• Market Data application support and installation
• Provide First Level and Second Level IT support to FM Trader Voice and Voice Recorder systems.
• Troubleshooting and Problem Solving for both IT Hardware and Applications in a timely manner
• Conduct and support BCP Drill

Requirements

• Degree Holder
• Experience in bank VIP trader support
• Self-motivated, open-minded and innovative 
• A good team player with strong IT knowledge and desire to succeed 
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills 
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
