Responsibilities:-

• Installation, configuration, maintenance and operation support of routers/ switches, firewall, Server, and PC equipment;
• Project Management skill set is necessary, such as  WBS, Issue management, coordination with customer and 3rd parties;
• 1st Troubleshooting of Software, Hardware & Network Enquiries;
• Making and Maintain technical support documents include system documentation, network diagrams, etc;
• Hardware/software inventory, installation and configuration guides, etc. 

 

Requirements:-

• Fluent in Cantonese and English is a must, knowledge of Mandarin or Japanese is an advantage.
• System administration experience on MS and Linux platforms are essential.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience of VMware, Citrix virtualization technology preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience of router and switch configurations /trouble-shooting.
• Vendor certification at professional or above level is preferred, e.g. CCNP/CCDP/MCSE.
• Knowledge of Firewall configuration and network security technologies, e.g. Fotigate/ Juniper SRX/SSG.
• Solid understandings of networking protocols such as routing (BGP, OSPF), VLAN (STP, 802.1P, 802.1Q, etc.), IP based audio/video (SIP, H.323), etc.
• Good customer interface, oral communications, and technical writing skills are a must.
• Network design and planning skills.
• At least 2 years or relevant working experience.
• University graduate in Computer Science or related disciplines.

• ユーザ企業に対してソリューション提案を行ない、NW・サーバの設計からお客様サイトやDCに出向いてシステム構築や移行作業を実施して頂きます。

優遇条件

• べンダ系資格保持者優遇(Cisco , Microsoft, IJiPath,等)
•  RPA。10T等の開発、導入プロジェクトに携わったことのある方
•  IT系企業、またはユーザ企業のITシステム部門でNWsサーバーの設計 導入の実務経験のある方
