Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide in-house helpdesk support, technical services, daily routine task and system operation
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to end user on both hardware, software and computer services
- Assist to implement new projects, inventory and asset control
Requirements:
- Degree or above in Computer Science / Information Technology or relevant disciplines
- Holder of MCSA/ MCSE/ MCITP/ CCNA is preferred
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in infrastructure, server and IT support
- Strong technical knowledge in networking product, such as Fortinet, Cisco, Ruckus, Sangfor, H3C, Windows 7, 8, 10, 2008R2, 2012, 2012R2, 2016, 2019
- In-depth knowledge in LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, Switch, Router and Firewall
- Strong in technical support including troubleshooting, performance tuning, capacity planning, monitoring tools recommendation, customization, deployment and usage
- Willing to work on shifts
- Good command of spoken and written English and Putonghua
