Job Responsibilities:

• Perform IT helpdesk support and resolve technical issues for users
• Monitor IT system health status, network performance and security control
• Undertake ad-hoc IT related tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or higher certification holder in Computer Science / Information Technology or related training
• 1-year experience in handling computer hardware and system support is an advantage
• Good interpersonal skills and customer-oriented attitude
• Shift duty is required (9:00 – 18:00, 13:30 – 22:30)
• Fresh graduate will also be considered (Candidates with more experience will be considered as senior position)
