Our client - AI & Robotic technology R&D company. To cope with their business expansion, they are looking for an IT Deskside/ help desk support officer to join the team.

Job Description:

• Provide helpdesk support or technical support on both hardware, software and network problem
• Perform monitoring of IT equipment status
• Provide IT support to end users on Windows OS environment

Requirement:

• Higher Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or related disciplines
• Minimum 2-year solid experience in technical support
• Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Server, Microsoft Office and Windows Application
• Good knowledge of VPN/IP, Network equipment, Internet, Security and Email technology
• Good communication skills
• Good working knowledge of common hardware peripherals
• Fluent in both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Immediately available is highly preferred
