• Understand underwriting requirement, perform analysis, design and enhance the underwriting rules in rule editors
• Document the change in rulebook with signoff and procedure on rules editing on forms and risk areas
• Perform unit test on rule decision and functionality in rule engine before UAT promotion, arrange and support UAT with business users
• Carry out business analysis / impact analysis to define, analyze and documents system requirements for underwriting operational enhancement

Job requirements:

• PM or BA experience on Automation project implementation and business rule maintenance
• Basic knowledge on insurance and good communication skill with business users
• Solid experience on system design, development and testing particularly related to underwriting operation flow and/or underwriting rule engines.
• Solid experience and knowledge of insurance industry is preferable.
• Prior exposure on underwriting automation/process streamlining is preferable.
• Programing knowledge on Javascript is a must.
• Strong analytical, presentation and problem-solving skill.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and quick learner.
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skill.
• Ability to multi-task within tight project schedule.
• Acquainted with Microsoft software, including PowerPoint, Excel and Visio.
