Basic Salary + Commission 

5 days (Weekend if needed)

Job Responsibilities: 

• Advanced computer knowledge
• Ad-hoc assignments
• Basic graphic design skill 
• Support the team for all aspects of projects & event management, includes preparing pre-production, providing logistic and on-site support
• Initiates, coordinates and/or participates in all efforts to publicize event
• Coordinate event logistics, including registration and attendee tracking and materials support. 
  

Job Requirements: 

• Form 5 or above with 1 year working experience
• Willing to travel if needed
• Ability to utilize hardware and software applications to produce a variety of type of documents
• Skills: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Reading: English, Chinese
• Speak: Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Self-Motivated, Energetic, Hardworking, Fast response & Good Social Communication Skills, Excellent organizational and time management skill
