Job Description
Job Responsibilities:

Assist the General Manager of IT department to carry out IT management and business coordination

Preside over the development and maintenance of General Insurance core business system
-
Responsible for the requirement management and delivery of General Insurance system
Job Requirements:
-
Bachelor degree or above in information technology, computer science or related discipline

At least 10 years experience in development and maintenance of General Insurance core business system
-
At least 8 years experience in IT project management, familiar with the whole process of IT project from research and analysis, development and maintenance
-
Familiar with IT system operation and maintenance of General Insurance Company
-
Familiar with POLISY/400 system and data migration is preferred

Strong organizing and coordinate abilities, communication skills, IT technical guidance and quality control capabilities, able to withstand greater work pressure, and strong team spirit
