Job Description
• Follow up shipment bookings from our customers and overseas agents
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints to meet customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal departments for daily operations
• Candidate with experience in handling key accounts, good initiative, partnership is preferable
• Assist clerical and administration work for the department, if required
• Provide back-up support to teammates during their absence
• F.5 or above, matriculation preferable
• With customer service experience in both airfreight and seafreight and/or transshipment preferable
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese & Putonghua
• Reasonable knowledge in Microsoft Words & Excel spreadsheet
• Mature, friendly, willing to work independent, overtime and under pressure
• Initiative, good sense of responsibility and self-discipline
• Candidate with ownership, partnership and career mind will be considered with priority
