Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the strategic planning, implementation and continuous optimization management of the Group's IT infrastructure operation and maintenance services (including infrastructure, information and data security, and technical support services); establishing and improving a standardized operation and maintenance system to ensure the safe and efficient operation of IT services. Improve business continuity and stability;
2. Exploring and applying new automation and intelligent system operation and maintenance technology directions, integrating the Group's business development and optimizing and optimizing operation and maintenance solutions;
3. With service as the core, build and train an end-to-end agile service team to build an efficient delivery of IT services.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer/communication related, at least 8 years experience in large and medium-sized system operation and maintenance, more than 3 years experience in operation and maintenance team management, and served as manager of operations and above;
2. Excellent technical ability; familiar with mainstream operating system management such as Linux, proficient in at least one scripting language such as shell and python, able to write automated operation and maintenance tools;
3. Ability to analyze and improve large application system architectures, with the ability to quickly troubleshoot system bottlenecks;
4. Master the basic theory of information security, familiar with domestic information security policies and standards; master the mainstream security technology,
6. Familiar with the computer room, network, server erection, network environment and firewall configuration, disaster recovery (disaster disaster recovery), etc.; at the same time have a deeper understanding of mainstream open source software;
