Our client is leading key technology corporate.They are now seeking for < Software Development Manager/Team Lead> to join their dynamic company.

You will....

• Perform in IT strategy and planning, enterprise architecture development, IT professional development and potentially acts as IT partner for appointed business unit(s)
• Manage the assigned software application team to provide innovative and customer-focused IT solutions to the business units

• Responsible in major IT programs and other deliveries and ensure deliverable are in compliance with the required standard
• Work with senior management and business unit to identify improvement initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders to cope with new business requirements with proper resources allocation
• Develop core competency in application design and development through developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive staff training programs
• Support the formulation of IT budget and resources planning

If you are....

• Degree Holder in IT, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years' experience, of which at least 3 years in managerial level
• Solid experience with incorporating enterprise architecture concept
• Solid team management and project delivery experience, with strong hands-on technical experience
• Excellent leadership skills with strong business acumen and excellent stakeholder management skills with proven track record managing and influencing senior stakeholders
• Business and IT consulting or system integrator background will be an advantage
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin
