Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products
  • Drive and co-ordinate product development across different teams and build consensus on priorities
  • Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
  • Define and analyse metrics that inform the success of products
  • Work closely with internal and external customers, sales and engineering team to oversee delivery of the product requirements in-line with stakeholder needs, technical capabilities and with alignment to success metrics
  • Drive agile process of product roadmap planning, detail sprint release roadmap planning
  • Have tactical skillset to run customer discovery, product discovery, and to drive and execute development process to meet product roadmap
  • Experience with documenting out epic spec and user stories to ensure product develivered will meet valuable user stories
  • Assist in execution of product strategy, working closely with VP Product to develop a clear product roadmap with realistic milestones and measurable outcomes
  • Does not slip on milestone delivery
  • products remain competitive, relevant and innovative in the market by comparing existing solutions against relevant products to gather a strong understanding of latest products trends and the Artificial Intelligence domain.
  • Create internal product functions for the company, ensuring that resource capabilities, and technical limitations are optimized to achieve company product vision
  • Ensure that sales decisions are supported with internal technical documentations, data-analytics and product collaterals to enable data-driven decision making.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, Business
  • 2+ years product management or product design experience, having AI domain related product experience will be a plus
  • Proven ability to bring simplicity and measurable results to complex, ambiguous situations
  • Drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and effectively communicate them to a non-technical audience
  • Demonstrated understanding and interest in the Artificial Intelligence industry and driving innovation aligned with technology trends and customer needs.
  • Prior working experience developing product functions within large-scale technology, financial or government organizations, converting strategic product plans to measurable go-to-market outcomes.
  • Expertise in translating customer needs into user stories through qualitative needs analysis user research methods and research analysis creating, conducting, and analysing usability evaluations.
  • Proven track record in stakeholder management with excellence written and oral command of Cantonese and English.

  • Possess strong problem-solving skills, effective time management skill and communication skill with ability to deliver clear and concise information for product development and management
  • Have track record of successfully delivering quality, on-time results.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational, analytical and strategic skills.
