Job Description:

• Responsible for IT project implementation
• Proceed system implementation & testing
• Implement technical solution
• Provide documentation and support service during project delivery.
• Installing and configuring computer system (Wintel and MAC), software, printers and scanners
• Providing technical and executives support across the firm via emails, phone, remote connection and deskside visits

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information system or related discipline.
• 3 years hands-on experiences on project coordination and IT Support
• Technical knowledge of supporting Windows 7 Enterprise, Windows 10 and Server 2008/2012 R2
• Configuration, analysis and diagnostics of PC, Printer and Laptop faults
• Preferable with Experience in mobile device management and Cisco phone administration
• Good command in English and Chinese, Mandarin is also preferred.
