Core Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate and liaise with the P&I Clubs, Ship owners, surveyors on all related matter to claims
• Ensure all claims are handled and finalized in a timely manner
• Maintain P&I and H&M claims documentations and database
• Co-ordinate with internally parties for accurate booking and charging to owner
• Provide full support in other ad hoc assignments as required

 
 Requirements

•  Diploma or above

• Around 3 years relevant working experience and preferably with some multinational environment exposure
• Good knowledge of P&I rules, marine insurance industry and claim experience
• Have knowledge in local and international laws relevant to maritime industry
• Good team player, hard working and well-organized
• Self-motivated, independent and detail-minded
• Good command of both spoken and written English
•  Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS Excel
