Your role will be managing daily inbound and outbound orders for our logistics clients across different industries.  You need to be a focused and proactive self-starter; with excellent organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.  Be able to multi-task in a well-balanced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Overall management of logistics operation functions including fulfillment center, transportation, value added and others.
• Setting priorities and assign staff, workforce and other resources.
• Develop, implement and manage all operational policies and procedures.
• Optimize and determine Key Performance Indicators for operations activities. Ongoing review and analysis of KPIs.
• Develop and implement SOP.
• Lead future development of systems including WMS and supporting enterprise applications by defining operational requirements and working with IT to implement.
• Improvement of process and productivity as well as maintaining a high standard level of customer service satisfaction.
• Lead new customers implementation team to gather customer data and define operational/ IT requirements. Interact with customer or other internal departments to translate requirements into operating procedures. Manage Go Live of new customer implementations.
• Direct staff to perform regular assessments of fulfillment center efficiencies, such as space utilization, proper slotting of pick faces, labor efficiencies in current physical layout. Recommend and implement improvement plans.
• Recruitment, training and performing evaluations of all operations personnel.

Qualification & Experience Requirement:

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory or management experience with proven leadership ability.
• Degree holder in Logistics or relevant areas is a plus.
• Actual working experience in either warehousing or transportation is required. Actual working experience in both warehousing and transportation is a plus.
• Experience in an automated, high-transaction volume fulfillment center, preferably with experience working for 3PL.
• Prior experience in ERP or WMS will be a definite advantage.
• PC fluency in MS Office required
• Must possess excellent written and oral communications skills in both Cantonese and English and be a conceptual thinker and effective problem solver.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment and communicate effectively with peers, customers, vendors, and senior management
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast paced, changing environment
• Ability to develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures
