To sustain the growth of the company as well as the expansion of our services we are currently looking for a Claims Administrator with a strong customer flair
Your main responsibilities will be:
· Handle telephone and email enquiries regarding notably Claims status, claims eligibility, terms and conditions and benefit schedule enquiries. Those requests come from customers, brokers, insurer and other regional offices.
· Work with our medical team and claims teams to formulate a proper reply.
· Assist in the daily tasks of the claims department in establishing payment reports and performing data entry.
· Assist in reports and activity monitoring of the Operations.
· Contact healthcare providers and customers regarding incomplete files.
· Assist in process formalization and project management.
The successful applicant will have:
· A Bachelor Degree
· An experience in Healthcare Insurance is a strong plus
· A passion and talent for client service and the desire to solve issues
· A good command of computer programs and applications
· A great sense of accuracy and work ethics
· A willingness to work in a diverse, international and welcoming team
· Working proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
