Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operation of marine settling agency team to provide quality claims service and assist in developing business opportunity of settling agency
• Assist to establish service standards and implement measurement system to monitor performance of claims service
• Assist to monitor and conduct assessment of the performance of service providers
• Assist in preparation of management reports
• Actively drive, run and support projects for improvement of operational efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

• Degree graduate with professional insurance qualification such as ANZIIF or ACII or equivalent
• 5 years hands-on experience in handling marine cargo and forwarder liability claims
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Good communication skills and good team player
