The candidate will carry out the following tasks:

• Provide technical support to customer service executives, sales staff and laboratory executives
• Provide training or seminar to internal staff and external clients in relation to the new trading requirements or industrial standards with compliance solutions;
• Draft technical bulletin to updates clients regarding the new trading or industrial requirements;
• Review international testing standard, conduct technical research and provide technical advice to internal and external parties

To be qualified for the position, the candidate should have the following qualifications:

• Degree or above in Physics, Chemistry or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years solid experience in consumer testing laboratory
• Possessing the experience in dealing with testing of Physical Hardlines or Chemical will be helpful
• Working experience in Consumer Testing Laboratory will have the priority
• Have experience in technical skills and familiar with various testing standards and regulations in relation to consumer testing industry
• Have good interpersonal skills and able to deal with the technical enquiries of external customers and internal staff
• Be independent, responsible and flexible with good communication skills in terms of Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Have the ability to produce and give PowerPoint presentations
