Job Descriptions:

• Manage a team to ensure smooth merchandising operations
• Proactively coordinate and communicate with Product Development Department, Yarn Division and other Sales colleagues to exchange market information, technical knowledge etc.
• Responsible for people management, development, regular appraisal and coaching, imparting business knowledge and sales techniques to junior staff
• Participate in special projects / tasks assigned by immediate supervisor
• Prepare market intelligence reports and updates for Sales Management team
• Establish good network with business partners

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder in Textile and Clothing or related disciplines is preferred
• Minimum 8-10 years relevant experience in sweater manufacturing related industry and at least with 2 years’ experience of manager level
• Proven leadership and managerial skills with strong interpersonal and communication ability to lead a merchandising team
• Possess excellent negotiation skills and ability to manage complexity and meet critical path
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Possess positive attitude
• Willing to travel frequently to / stationed in China
• Immediately available is highly preferred
