About the Opportunity:

The opportunity is with an ambitious insurance company with strong direction and growth plans. Due to expansion, there is a new opportunity to drive and lead marketing for their agency team.

• Manage a team to plan, develop, implement and monitor effective agency recruitment campaigns and incentive programs

• Design content, promotion and logistic planning of agency recruitment program including job fair, and career expo to generate leads
• Collaborate with agency leaders to develop marketing collaterals and mobile applications program, including publications, presentations, souvenirs and promotional materials, for recruitment support
• Plan the theme and promotion of incentive program.
• Organize sales promotion events including Agency communication meeting, business forum and celebration dinners.
• Responsible in budget control by striving for the best value for money via negotiating with services providers.

About You:

• University degree preferably in marketing or business, with at least 8 years’ working experience
• Proven experience in marketing and event management in insurance industry.
• Good knowledge of agency channel and culture
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Strong PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
